Metadata is data about data, including but not limited to authorship, classification, rights, etc. RDF vocabularies are used to provide namespace references and semantic information for metadata resource properties. All RDF vocabularies published on this site are based on the Resource Description Framework for XML (RDF/XML) specification, and are licensed under the GNU Lesser General Public License. They may therefore be used to create both open source and proprietary software products.
The DCTypes vocabulary provides extensions to the Dublin Core data types to support the Zelestra Core Framework.
